Delivery Policy

Turnaround:

We aim to process all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day. Our working days are Monday – Friday. Your delivery should normally be received within 2-7 working days of dispatch depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note, that orders are not processed until cleared payment has been received.

Couriers:

After we have processed your order, it will be shipped via your selected shipping option. 

Shipping Options:

Free Delivery (only available on orders over £25) – 3-7 working days 

Standard Delivery – 3-5 working days

2 Working Days – 2 working days

We use the following agencies to deliver our orders:

  • Royal Mail
  • Various independent couriers

The delivery agency selected to deliver your order will depend on a number of factors including the size/value of the order.

Please note: If the items you’ve ordered are returned to us due to you not being available to receive your order, we will refund your order cost minus any postage fee paid. If your order qualified for free postage, you will be refunded in full, minus the couriers admin fee of £4.00.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking number is provided by the courier, we/the courier will update you by email with the tracking information.

Back Orders:

We do not accept back orders. If you order a product that is no longer available for any reason, we will refund the item in question. Stock on the website shows live availability so items being out of stock after placing an order is very rare. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Please be aware that all orders placed on this website are business to business transactions and as such may not be covered consumer protection regulations.

Shortages:

All orders are double checked before dispatch but errors can happen. Any suspected shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. We can not issue refunds or replacement stock for shortages reported after this time.

How to return an item:

We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the items within 7 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email info@vickijane.co.uk to request a return/refund.
  2. Mail your returned item to: Vicki Jane Jewellery Ltd, 19 Crestfield Avenue, Bridgwater, TA6 3TN.
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions:

We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges.

Warranty:

Goods supplied, do not come with any warranty or guarantee whatsoever other than implied by law for business to business sales.
